Malaysian Delegation Visits to Forge New Cooperation

On December 11th, Mr. Liu from Malaysia Baike China, Mr. Wang and Mr. Xu from Nanjing Changge Technology visited the Dongfang Group for a two-day visit and inspection. The Group's Chairman Liu Guomin, General Manager Liu Lei, Executive Vice President Wang Jibai, and General Manager of the Malaysia Business Department Liu Feng warmly received the inspection team.

The delegation visited and inspected the five major industrial sectors of the group company, namely port logistics, construction engineering, real estate development, modern agriculture, and international trade, in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of the comprehensive strength and development potential of Dongfang Group. They particularly observed representative projects.

At the sites of benchmark residential projects such as Dongfang Dijingcheng and Dongfang Mingjun, the delegation, after listening to the detailed introduction of the staff on project planning and design, building quality, and property services, highly praised the professional capabilities of Dongfang Group in the field of commercial and residential property development. During the day's itinerary, the delegation also visited and inspected various projects of the Group, including Dongfang Port, Amorphous Industrial Park, Derui Bo, Dongfang Mingjun, Mingde Middle School, Wenhe Jiayuan, Phase 5 of Dijingcheng, and the agricultural company. In addition, the delegation also went to the office area of the Group's international trade sector to understand its business network layout covering dozens of countries and regions in North America, Europe, and Asia. After the observation, the delegation visited the corporate culture exhibition hall of the Group to fully understand its development history and business scope.

Subsequently, senior executives from both parties held in-depth discussions at the headquarters of Dongfang Group. During the symposium, both parties elaborated on their respective companies' development histories, business fields, market layouts, and future plans. Chairman Liu Guomin expressed his hope to leverage this inspection as an opportunity to complement the strengths of Malaysian partners and explore new avenues for cross-border cooperation.

The Malaysian delegation fully affirmed the comprehensive strength, industrial layout, and social responsibility commitment of the Oriental Group. They stated that the diversified business system of the Oriental Group is highly compatible with the market demand in Malaysia, especially in the fields of construction, international trade, port logistics, and green agricultural products, where there is huge potential for cooperation. The delegation brought with them local cooperation intentions in cross-border trade and industrial investment. They hope that through this visit, both parties can achieve substantial cooperation in resource sharing, market expansion, and technical exchanges, realizing mutual benefit and win-win results.

In addition, both parties conducted in-depth discussions on specific cooperation models, cooperation timelines, and other details, and made it clear that they would take the lead in promoting cooperation in the construction of cross-border supply chains for high-quality agricultural products such as construction materials and pecans. The delegation stated that they would sort out cooperation plans as soon as possible, facilitate the implementation of the second project in Malaysia, and assist Dongfang Group in expanding into the Southeast Asian market.

This inspection and exchange activity not only built a bridge for bilateral cooperation between Chinese and Malaysian enterprises, but also demonstrated the industry influence and open cooperation attitude of Dongfang Group.
