Recently, exciting news came from the company's overseas key project - the Cameron Highlands Blue Valley project in Malaysia. After enduring the challenges of construction during the rainy season, the project officially commenced piling operations on January 12, 2026, achieving the goal of starting on schedule. With its efficient performance capabilities, the project has won high praise from the owner and laid a solid foundation for subsequent construction.

The Cameron Highlands Blue Valley project in Malaysia, covering a total construction area of over 30,000 square meters, encompasses a three-story commercial street and two floors of residential buildings. It marks the company's inaugural project in Malaysia as part of its expansion into the Southeast Asian market. Since the project team arrived on site on December 1, 2025, they have been confronted with the Cameron Highlands' infrequent but persistent rainy weather. The entire month of December saw almost daily rainfall, posing significant challenges to on-site construction organization, site leveling, and the establishment of temporary facilities. The damp and muddy working environment not only restricts the mobilization of large machinery but also demands stringent attention to construction safety and progress control.

Facing unfavorable weather conditions, the project team responded swiftly and planned scientifically, seizing sunny days and battling rainy days to fully advance the construction of temporary facilities. To minimize the impact of rainfall on construction, the project department conducted an early investigation of potential drainage hazards on the site, set up a temporary drainage system, and ensured that the site was free of water accumulation and the working surface was controllable. At the same time, they strengthened rain and moisture prevention management of materials to ensure the safe arrival of office and living supplies as well as construction materials.

After days and nights of hard work by the team, the project successfully completed the construction of fences, temporary offices, and the procurement and configuration of all office and living supplies during the continuous rainy season. On January 1, 2026, the project department was relocated and settled as scheduled, achieving orderly implementation of project management.

On January 12, 2026, with the successful driving of the first pile into the ground, the project officially entered the main construction phase, marking the successful achievement of the phased commencement goal despite the adverse effects of the rainy season. The owner highly praised the project team for their efficient execution, professional control ability, and sense of responsibility demonstrated under extreme weather conditions. They believed that the project team had interpreted the service concept of "quality performance and customer first" through practical actions, laying a good foundation for further cooperation between both parties.

Moving forward, the project team will continue to uphold the craftsman spirit of striving for excellence, strictly control construction quality, strengthen safety management, and efficiently advance subsequent project construction. We aim to complete and deliver the project as soon as possible, establishing a higher-quality brand image for the company in the Southeast Asian market.
