Malaysian delegation visits and exchanges new space for cross-border cooperation

On August 23rd, a delegation led by YB Zhang Qiaoxiang, an administrative councilor and Minister of Industrial Development of Maryland, visited the group company. The group's general manager Liu Lei and some senior executives warmly received them.

The inspection team visited and inspected five major industrial sectors of the group company, including modern agriculture, construction engineering, hotel services, port logistics, and real estate investment and development, and focused on observing representative projects. After the observation, the delegation visited the corporate culture exhibition hall and gained a comprehensive understanding of the group's development history and business scope.

Mr. Liu also mentioned that Malaysia is a market with stable political environment, friendly cultural atmosphere, and huge investment potential. He looks forward to good investment opportunities in the future. YB Zhang Qiaoxiang highlighted Negeri Sembilan as an industrial hub in Malaysia. He mentioned that Negeri Sembilan is not only well-equipped with infrastructure and sufficient labor reserves, but also has attractive investment preferential policies. Dato 'Haji Najamuddin Sheikh Sharif bin Salman, Director of the Investment Promotion Bureau of Negeri Sembilan, highlighted the relevant planning of the state government and the basic situation of industrial parks, and invited the group to visit and invest. Subsequently, Zhu Youquan, a director of Malaysia's Ascend Group, conducted a brief analysis of the intended investment sector, hoping to explore the most favorable cooperation model by combining the construction experience of Eastern Group with the local resources of Ascend Group.

Finally, Mr. Liu made preliminary arrangements for the next inspection and exchange trip to Malaysia, looking forward to jointly exploring new development opportunities based on Malaysia's market potential and the development capabilities of Chinese enterprises in the future.
